We like to restock our popular items as soon as we can. Most products are restocked every few weeks, depending on demand and availability.
Online store payments are made via Stripe or Paypal and can be used with any credit cards. Wholesale orders are also made via Stripe or direct debit. Terms are different depending on the clients.

Most of our souvenirs are manufactured in small batches. We produce exclusive ranges for destination retailers around Australia.
We’re committed to being as environmentally responsible as possible and are always working to improve our sustainability practices. Our packaging contains no plastic — we use recyclable kraft card instead. Our RPET keyrings are made from recycled materials, including milk bottle lids. Our wooden products are made from FSC® certified wood, sourced from responsibly managed forests. We are currently working towards having our keyrings, magnets, and magnet bottle openers produced using GRS Certified recycled zinc alloy. Our plush range is made from GRS Certified RPET recycled fabric. Wherever possible, we aim to create reusable souvenirs that customers can enjoy for years to come.

Our Australian souvenirs offer a tangible item that can invoke a special memory of an Australian destination or adventure. Our motivation for manufacturing souvenirs that remain useful upon returning home is to serve as a positive reminder of the frame of mind you achieved whilst travelling.
Yes we have a lot of products that are made using recyled raw materials, we aimed to use 25% sustainable raw materials two years ago in 2024. In 2026 we are up to 75% sustainable products and raw materials.

Our products are all locally designed in house. 25% of our products are currently made in Australia with the rest sourced Internationally. We always are working to get more Suppliers from Australia where possible.

Once your order is dispatched you will recieve a confirmation email that your order is dispatched alongside with your tracking number. Click on the tracking number to be able to track the parcel.

We use Australia Post and are able to ship to both physical addresses and PO Boxes.
All orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public Holidays. Once our orders are picked up from our warehouse via regular post unless express post has been selected we esticamte the time it takes for a delivery to be completed as follows: Within Victoria 2 – 4 business days | All other states 3 – 8 business days. Remote regional area ca take longer for delivery. Yes. We offer wholesale pricing for approved trade customers. Because every store’s needs are different, we tailor pricing to order size, product mix, and frequency.
To access wholesale pricing, you’ll need to apply for a trade account. Trade accounts are available to businesses with a registered retail store (physical or online). Once approved, you’ll receive full access to our wholesale catalogue, pricing tiers, and any seasonal or volume‑based offers.
In many cases, yes — it depends on the type of order.
If the items you need are part of our current in‑stock range, we can usually dispatch them immediately. For custom-designed products, we have five production drops throughout the year. In some situations, we may be able to fast‑track custom stock, depending on timing and availability.
